We are flexible and will try to help you create your dream home, through meetings with our sales and build team, subject to build stage.

We can contribute towards these changes.

This scheme offers you the chance to exchange your home for a brand-new Baxter Home. This scheme is only available on the Belfry house type.

Part exchange will only be considered up to a maximum value of £450,000 based on exchanging against a full priced Belfry at £675,000.

Baxter Homes will contribute up to 5% through our Deposit Contribution Scheme. You will be required to match our contribution and pay at least 5% on exchange of contracts.
