Baxter Homes will cover your full legal costs including stamp duty at the rate of a main residence only.
T&C: Legal fees equivalent to £2000 and you must use our recommended solicitor
Stamp Duty on a Belfy at main residence rate: £21,250 based on sales price of £675,000
